I usually respond within 1 business day, often same day, and I check messages on weekends when I can. Launch weeks and holidays may take a bit longer, but I promise I’ll get back to you.


Quick Answers

These are the questions I answer most often. If one covers it, you won’t have to wait on a reply!

Can’t find your download link?

After checkout, your download link is sent in a separate email from support@neuromythical.shop. If it’s not in your inbox, check the spam and promotions tabs, it’s almost always hiding there. You can use the link to download your planner as many times as you’d like.

Shipping or tracking question?

Orders ship within 1 business day, and you’ll get a tracking number as soon as it’s on the way! Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 business days. Carrier delays are unfortunately out of my control, but I’m always happy to help you chase anything that looks stuck.

Return, refund, or damaged planner?

Physical planners that are unused and in their original packaging are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Digital files are final sale, but if you run into issues I’ll do my best to help! If a planner arrives damaged, just email a photo within 7 days of delivery and I’ll make it right.

Setup or device help?

Stylus planners are best in GoodNotes, Notability, and Xodo on an iPad or tablet. The Fillable planner is best in the Adobe Acrobat program (not the website) on a computer. Printable planners are best for home and office printers. Each digital planner includes a Quick Start Guide to help you get set up.
