Processing time

Orders ship in 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri) from Virginia. You’ll get a tracking email when your order ships.

Where we ship

Contiguous United States (48 states), Hawaii, and Alaska. We do not ship to U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping options

  • Standard Contiguous U.S. (3–6 business days): Free (tracked via USPS or UPS). P.O. Boxes ship via USPS.

  • Standard Hawaii or Alaska (Shipping time estimated at check out): Carrier-calculated at checkout (UPS or USPS).
  • Expedited (1–3 business days): Carrier-calculated at checkout (USPS Priority Mail/Priority Mail Express or UPS 2-Day Air). Price shown at checkout.

  • Free shipping: Free Standard shipping on all orders.

Digital downloads

The Digital Bundle is delivered instantly by email (no shipping).

Lost or damaged in transit

If your package arrives damaged or tracking shows an issue, email photos and your order number within 7 days. We’ll replace or refund at no cost (and cover any return shipping if we need the item back). We’ll also help file a carrier claim.

Tracking says "Delivered," but you didn't receive it

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you can't find your package, we recommend checking nearby areas (porch, mailbox, side door, etc.), asking household members or neighbors, and waiting 24-48 hours in case it turns up (sometimes carriers scan early). 

If it still doesn't show up, email us—while we're not responsible for items marked as delivered, we'll do what we can to help. We may offer a one-time courtesy replacement or guide you through next steps with the carrier.

Returns

See Returns & Refunds for eligibility and steps. For non-damaged returns, original shipping isn’t refundable; if we provide a prepaid label, its cost is deducted from the refund.
