When will my planner ship?
Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as it’s on the way!
How long will it take for my planner to arrive?
Once shipped, delivery typically takes about 3-6 business days for standard orders, depending on your location and carrier volume. Faster options are available at checkout.
Please note: Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. While I do my best to process orders quickly, delays caused by USPS or UPS are unfortunately out of my control.
Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?
Yes! I do ship to both — but due to higher carrier costs, orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii aren't eligible for the $6.95 flat rate or the free shipping offer on the Complete Bundle.
At checkout, you'll see live carrier rates based on your address, and you can choose the option that works best for you.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet—but I’m hoping to offer this in the future!
How much is shipping?
Standard Shipping is $6.95. Faster shipping is available, but uses live carrier rates (more pricey). We offer free standard shipping on orders $44.99 and above!
Can I upgrade to the Complete Bundle if I already purchased the Digital Bundle or the Hardcover Planner?
Absolutely! Just send an email to support@neuromythical.shop with your order number within 14 days of purchase, and I'll send you an invoice for the difference.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if you ordered a physical planner there is a 1 hour cancellation window — just email support@neuromythical.shop or fill out our contact form. If your order already shipped, please see the "Returns & Refunds" section for next steps.
Digital Planners
What’s the difference between the Fillable, Stylus, and Printable planners?
- Fillable: Type directly in the PDF and fill your trackers by clicking. This format is a great fit for those looking for a quick & easy digital planner experience! Best in the Adobe Acrobat program (not website) on a computer.
- Stylus: Write on an iPad or tablet with a stylus like a paper planner. This is the "classic" digital planner format and is ideal for digital sticker use (*dependent on app)! Best in GoodNotes, Notability, & Xodo.
- Printable: Print at home and customize to your heart's content. For those who love pen, paper, and flexibility! Best for home & office printers.
Can I print the digital version?
Yes! The Printable planners were designed for home and office printing. You can print the Stylus and Fillable planners, but they're optimized for digital use and may not print correctly.
Will it work on my iPad or Android tablet?
Yes! The Stylus planners have been tested on iPads and tablets. Just make sure you’re using a compatible PDF annotation app like Goodnotes, Notability, or Xodo.
Why NeuroMythical Planners Are Truly ADHD Planners
What makes this planner ADHD-friendly?
It was designed by someone with ADHD (that’s me!) and shaped by feedback from others with ADHD and the professionals who support them. It’s made to reduce overwhelm and decision fatigue with features like:

Is this planner evidence-based?
Yes—while there aren’t clinical studies on the planner itself, the layouts and prompts are grounded in research-backed strategies that support executive functioning. These include:

General
Why do you only sell select products on other websites?
Established platforms like Etsy are great for getting in front of new people, but they take a larger cut of each sale and don't support listings that combine physical and digital products. They also limit how much control I have over returns, refunds, and shipping. Since I'm a small business, selling through my own website makes the most sense: it keeps things flexible, lets me keep more of each sale, and helps me continue to create new tools (and keep physical planners in stock).
Why are there formatting differences between planners?
Each version is designed with its format in mind. For example, the stylus-ready planners have light lines for handwriting, while the fillable ones skip lines since everything is typed. Physical planners are printed professionally, so the layouts can go closer to the edge and the large margin alternates sides (to make room for the spiral). Printable planners are meant for one-sided home/office printing, so their large margin stays on the same side and the layouts are slightly smaller to fit standard printer margins. The digital files also have updated emojis that render more smoothly on screens.
Why are the gradients in the Hardcover planner different from those in the Digital planners?
Screens and printers use different color systems—RGB for screens and CMYK for ink. RGB can show a wider range of colors, while CMYK is more limited since it uses physical ink. Because of that, the gradients in the Hardcover planner were adjusted to print beautifully in CMYK, while the Digital planners use a broader range of colors that look best on screens.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my planner?
Yes, physical planners that are unused and in their original packaging are eligible for return. Just reach out within 30 days of delivery.
What about digital planners?
Due to the nature of digital files, digital planners are final sale—but if you run into issues, I’ll do my best to help!
What about the Complete Bundle?
- Digital files are non-refundable.
- If you return the physical planner from the bundle, we’ll convert your order to a Digital-only purchase and refund the difference:
Refund = Bundle price − Digital Bundle price on your order
(e.g., refund of $15 during launch, or $20 after launch). - To start a bundle return, please email support@neuromythical.shop or fill out our contact form so we can adjust the refund correctly.
- Haven’t downloaded the files? If our system shows no downloads, we can process a full bundle refund once the physical planner is returned.
What if my planner arrives damaged?
I’ll make it right—just email me a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery.
What if my tracking number says "Delivered" but I haven't received my package?
Once your order is handed off to the carrier, it's in their care and tracking will update as it moves through their system. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you can't locate the package, it's recommended you:
- Check around your home (porch, mailbox, side doors, etc.)
- Ask other household members or neighbors
- Wait 24-48 hours (carriers sometimes scan early by mistake)
I understand how frustrating this can be! While NeuroMythical isn't responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, I'm happy to guide you through next steps, including filing a Missing Mail report through the carrier or offering a one-time courtesy replacement if applicable.
If your order is lost in transit (never delivered), I'll do everything I can to resolve the issue, including reimbursement or replacement.
