The goal is clear, the steps aren’t
You know what you want, but breaking it into steps feels weirdly hard. That’s why each month includes a SMART-R Goals page and an Action Plan, so big, impossible-feeling goals turn into small, doable steps.
Meet Katie
Hi, I’m Katie, the person behind the NeuroMythical Planner.
In May 2020, I graduated from George Mason University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
That fall, I started working as a brain trainer, helping adults, teens, and kids build skills like attention, memory, executive function, and time management. It was incredibly fulfilling work and I loved it.
It was there, working with other neurodivergent people, that I realized I might be neurodivergent too. In 2022, at age 26, I was formally diagnosed with ADHD.
A lot of my personal, academic, and professional struggles suddenly made sense. I wasn't lazy. I was wired differently. And because I was wired similarly to many of my students, I could start using that perspective to be a better coach and trainer.
I was able to help a lot of people and learn about myself in the process. It was an amazing experience, but it was also the most challenging job I'd ever had, and after four years, I burnt out.
I still wanted to support neurodivergent people, but I needed to do it differently. So I started building something that let me work when I’m at my best. A lot of it was built at 3 a.m., in the middle of the week, with my headphones on and the lights off.
I showed drafts of the planner to other brain trainers, educators, and mental health professionals, including professionals with ADHD, and their feedback helped shape the NeuroMythical planner into what it is now.
Designed for people whose motivation and progress often look like a bendy straw.
If that's you, you're in the right place.
These were the most common patterns I saw in brain training, and I’ve lived them too.
You know what you want, but breaking it into steps feels weirdly hard. That’s why each month includes a SMART-R Goals page and an Action Plan, so big, impossible-feeling goals turn into small, doable steps.
You can know what to do and still feel stuck. The weekly Roadmap to Success helps you choose a realistic focus, identify your “why,” and plan for roadblocks before they trip you up.
You can do everything right and still have a crash-and-burn week. That’s why each month includes a Wins & Lessons page, so you can name what worked, what didn’t, and adjust your strategy to better fit you.
That’s why the habit tracker uses Nailed it!, Almost, and Not Today, so success doesn't depend on perfection. Partial wins still count, and having an off day doesn’t spiral into giving up.
Same NeuroMythical system, four ways to use it. Pick the version that removes the most friction for you.

Best for “I need ultimate flexibility and easy resets.”
