Refund policy

We want you to love your planner.
If something isn’t right, we’ll make it easy.

What’s returnable

Physical Planner: Return within 30 days of delivery. Must be unused and in original condition/packaging.

Return shipping: Use your own carrier or ask us for a prepaid label—if we provide the label, we’ll deduct its cost from your refund. Original shipping is non-refundable.

What’s not returnable

Digital Bundle (PDF downloads): Final sale (non-returnable).

Complete Bundle (Planner + Digital)

Digital files are non-returnable.
If you return the planner from a bundle, we’ll convert your order to a Digital-only purchase and refund the difference:
Refund = Bundle price − Digital Bundle price on your order
(e.g., refund of $15 during launch, or $20 after launch).
To start a bundle return, please email support@neuromythical.shop or fill out our contact form so we can adjust the refund correctly.
Haven’t downloaded the files? If our system shows no downloads, we can process a full bundle refund once the planner is returned.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or there’s a print issue, email photos within 7 days and we’ll replace it or refund you at no cost (refund includes standard shipping if applicable; we cover any return shipping if we need the item back).

How to start a return

Email support@neuromythical.shop or fill out our contact form with your order number and what you’d like to return. We’ll reply with the next steps (and a label if you want us to provide one).
